SUBSCRIPTION NOTICE

One volume consisting of 5 numbers is published every year but a supplement volume may be added. The price per volume is \33,000 (special rate for personal subscribers: \16,000). Overseas subscribers must add the postage at the appropriate rate (approximately \3,000). A subscription received after a volume has begun will start, at the direction of the subscriber, with either the first number of that volume or the succeeding volume. Back volumes are purchasable.
